One Day on the Twitternet

So this happened today. I saw a few tweets from @apelad about pencils. Which I thought was odd.

So I replied with a link to a drawing I did a while back which featured some pencil sharpeners which I had titled - with my trademark insouciant wit - Sharpener Party. I looked at my stats a little bit later and found out that Sharpener Party was very popular all of a sudden. However, it wasn't until I read this entry on Metafilter that I realized why. It was an internet day like that.
