I have excuses, sheaves of them. But that's not really important, is it?
What is important is that I am listening to the voices and putting paint to canvas in order to help express The Universal Flow.
Above is the beginning of the first painting that will come out of "The Awesome".
"The Awesome" being the name I have given to the spray booth I built out of foam core so that I could extend the fiction that it's possible to spray-paint large canvases in an apartment.I explain further, in more gratuitously boring detail here.
And just when did "awesome" become such an absolutely worn-out has-been of a word?
Even so, it's still in the dictionary and it suggested itself to me as I doggedly applied tape to board out in the storage locker.
So, as I am trying hard not to refuse things that just "come to me", I'm going with it.
We'll see how that philosophy works out here, soon enough, I'm sure.
